Monthly Rent for Lots:

• Lot rent is $200 per month.
• Rent includes water, sewer and garbage service.
• This rate is the same for doublewides and singlewides.
• Payments are due on the 1st of each month.

Rental Apartments:

• We offer two rental apartments. They are very nice and close to our park, mailboxes, dumpsters, and the clubhouse.
• Each apartment rents for $465 per month. Cable and telephone service are the responsibility of the tenant. Other utilities are paid by the park.
